I have been a Florida resident since 1979 and live with my husband in Clearwater. We have two sons and three granddaughters. . I hold my Mortgage Brokers License with the State of Florida. I am a graduate of Fred Segesman's mortgage processing and mortgage broker school. I have taken Brian Peart's "Top Producer", Lee Comegy's Mortgage Broker training seminars, attended Self-Employed Borrower's Tax Analysis training seminars and take continuing education courses on a regular basis. I am a past member of the NAMB (National Association of Mortgage Brokers), FAMB (Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers) and the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.
